Please be aware that we wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and apply hair oil before shipping to prevent dryness during long-term delivery. This may cause a temporary smell, but it will disappear after washing with a good shampoo and conditioner.

In response to some common questions: Q: Can the hair be dyed and flat-ironed? A: Yes, it can be dyed and ironed. Please avoid exceeding 150°C when using a flat iron, as this can damage the hair. Additionally, the hair will return to its natural wave after washing. If you want to dye the hair a lighter color, such as blonde, you must bleach it first.
